   Hi I have only just noticed that for the last week my sent items are not being saved in my sent mail folder I have made sure that the box is ticked in options and send. Anything else it could be?

   have you tried to scan your pc with AV and AS?
   
   or try this:
   unticked the box in options and send.
   then close
   then open again, ticked that thing again
   
   or repair here:
