Outlook UID of a message error

    this is the message..."The UID of a message changed unexpectedly this typically indicates a server bug. Your program may not function properly after this."

    I am using Outlook 2003 in Vista. It is an IMAP mail account. And Outlook keeps locking up now a well??

    Any insights?
