Outlook - view more than six at a time?

I've searched and found no answer, asked before and got no response so I wanted to try again.

In outlook, I'm having trouble figuring out how to adjust the settings so I can see more than six concurrent events in the default view. F'rexample:

On this day, at 3:00 PM we had eight events on the calendar, but only six will show up. The other two get bumped off. The only way to actually see the other two appointments is to change the view to 'active appointments'. I don't like this view because it is much harder to see at a glance what's going on at a particular time.

Please tell me there's a way to see more than six concurrent events in the default view! I'm going crazy trying to figure it out.

 

I tried to figure this out the last time you posted and I've found no solution for you. I don't think you can do this.

The only thing I can even think to suggest might be to increase your screen resolution...if the default outlook view expands to fill the screen, it may then show the full 8 events.

 

Forget what I said above, I didn't fully understand what you were saying but now I do. I see what you mean...I've never had to schedule so many concurrent events so I hadn't run into this 'greater than 6' thing. Even when viewing in 5-day work week mode, it only shows 6 bars, when it could easily show more. It looks to me to be a built-in limitation....someone at Microsoft decided that 'scheduling' would by definition limit concurrent events to less than 'x'...in this case x=6. I guess you're lucky they didn't settle for 3 or 4...
