outlook web app malfunction

Avast updated to version 7. Windows update on automatic.

Suddenly, Outlook Web App stopped working in Firefox. Still works in IE. I disabled Avast - still no OWA. The screen shows only text along the left margin with no functionality. I uninstalled AVAST and still no OWA. I disabled ZoneAlarm. Still no OWA. I think it's one of the windows 7 updates that does this. It's happened twice. The first time, I did a system restore and that worked. But then I forgot to disable Windows update and now this has happened again.

Please post your solution so in future when people need help they can find this topic and hopfuly solve there problem as well.

 

Any time a windows update downloads, it resets the ZoneAlarm free basic firewall public zone setting to high, which blocks Outlook web App and wikipedia. I set it to medium and everything's accessible and in order.
