   When I open create a new email and starts typing, the letters continue across
   the screen and does not carriage return down to the next line automatically.
   its all just one really really long line. How do I fix this?
   Please help

   Which Outlook version you using?
   
   Try this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287543 Outlook 2002 option should be same for other versions of older Office too.
