I did a search and didn't find anything on this already, so I'm hoping someone can help me.

I use Outlook at work to coordinate the schedules of up to five people at a time. We use a single calendar for everyone in a public folder. The problem I have, though, is that when using the day/week/month view you are limited to six appointments across horizontally. So this means if I have seven appointments that cover a concurrent time I will only see six of them. I can see all of them if I switch over to active appointments view, but this layout is not very intuitive and makes my brain 'splode if I have to work in it too long.

I need to be able to see at a glance what's open, without too much digging. Most of the time I'm trying to make appointments on the fly with a couple people on hold and trying to answer an email at the same time, so simplicity is a must. Is there an alternative way to see more than six appts. across on the calendar? Or even a way to view the calendar on-screen the way the 'calendar details' view prints? Any other way to see everything that's listed on the calendar for a single day?
