Outlook Xp issue Need Help Pleeze!!!

    I have a user here that I just installed outlook XP on, she is having a problem when declining a Meeting request, When she does decline one, it shuts down Outlook???? Any clue why this happends? I suggested not to decline any of them, that didn't jive. If any of you could help me out I would appreciate it!!!

    What troubleshooting steps have you taken already? You could try a detect/repair, or completely uninstalling Office and reinstalling it. Also is this user on an exchange server or Internet mail?

    have you also updated office XP with all the latest patches?
    I do believe the meeting feature is only part of exchange.
