Is there a card/cable you can get to output to a TV instead of a monitor? I want to connect my computer to an HD-TV (it has Composite and S-video and stuff), is this possible? If so, any recommendations for such a cheap/reasonably priced card? Thanks.

We just bought the Nvidia 8300 GT which comes with the HDTV setup and connections to TV around $239 AUD and Vista ready

You can look for a card that supports HDMI. That is going to be your best be for connecting your computer to your HDTV. If thats not possible check to see if your TV supports DVI. You can always get a DVI to HDMI adapter. You lose a little quality but its an option.

Also see if your TV has VGA/DVI connections. These will support resolutions that will suit HD video playback. DVI will be the better choice, as DVI is a digital signal. Also saving yourself a few dollars on cables, might also save you from buying a video card. If your TV doesn't have a VGA connection, you can get an adapter to convert VGA to Componet Video or S-Video. Componet Video will the next best choice compared to S-Video, these platforms are not HD. This is assuming you dont want to shell out a bunch of money for a video card or HDMI cables, these are your "other" options.
