Overclocking and underclocking

    heya,

    Just got my Gainward GTX260 GS GLH, and I have 2 questions:

    1. If I underclock my 2D mode clocks to lowest possible value (150 Core 200 Mem), will it lower power consumption and heat? Is it safe and recommended to do so?

    2. When overclocking, is there an option to tune up voltages in nvidia cards like it ATT for ati cards?
