   is there anyway that I can unlock the bios so that I can overclock my cpu?? or maybe a program or something to overclock it??

   My cousin's ECS motherboard has the same thing, he has a older p4 1.8 ghz, and he cant overclock it, there is no way, the ECS is just a dirt cheap motherboard, that's why he cant overclock, maybe it's the same issue for you. But MSI is a good brand from what I hear.
