Overclocking disable in Bios?

    So I was taking a look at my bios, and overclocking is definitely not an option in my Bios. I've tried looking for a utility program on here, because im just trying to overclock my cpu. Can someone help me find an alternative in OCing my CPU other than using the bios? Or maybe even finding a new bios? is that a possibility? If someone can help, that would be great! Thanks
