overclocking noob, please help

    hi guys, I just mounted this system and Im wondering how to set up its values, some tips will be appreciated.
    Ive got :
    cpu : Athlon X2 7750 BE
    ram: 2x2 gb ddr2 800 corsair
    gpu: 1GB DDR3 (1986MHz), ATI Radeon HD 4850


    I just have the setting at a default, I read that I need to increase the CPU clock but other than that Im not sure and I dont want to just mess around randomly.

    sure, mobo is: GIGABYTE MA78GM-S2H - AMD 780G ,DDR2 1066

    From what i can see you need to have the MB intellegent tweaker(MIT) option in the bios.

    You can change an array of settings. i think what your looking for can better be described here http://www.firingsquad.com/hardware/amd_780g_overclocking/page4.asp

    Just be careful im not sure i would try and push it as far as they did. Hope it helps :|
