    Quick answer...............

Not really one peice of software to do both for you most O/C software is for either CPU or GPU

Some Mobo manufacturers have there own software than can do the overclocking for you eg. Gigabyte has EasyTune III however most peeps who O/C the CPU do it mainly via the Bios by turning up the FSB.

As for GPU it depends on which graphic card you have Nvidia has the "coolbits reg tweak" which can help you O/C......... ATi proberbly have something similar as well or you can try Powerstrip

A word of WARNING tho, you will need to make sure that you have enough cooling for both CPU & GPU otherwise you run the risk of damaging them! IF you are going to attempt O/Cing them do it in small steps.

Like Halo says there are some from the various mobo companies .. I have a Gigbyte and use the Easy Tune app....

CPUFSB or CPUCool are the ones I know of that are semi- universal.... takes a bit to set it up though....

    remember cooling!!!

also,, if you are using one of these to try and get around a Dell or Gateway etc. locked Bios.. it won't work.. Sorry...

I used cpu FSB to overclock my comp becuase the BIOS doesn't have any FSB settings. It overclocked the pci bus as well so I had to restore it. Got 115 MHz out of it though.

i got PowerStrip 3.2 to overclock my new Ti4200, stock speeds are 250/513, i think i did a pretty damn good job of overclocking it, anymore oc and it will lock up, anyway i have it right now at 315.9/587.53. divide than it half to get the non DDR speed which is 293. pretty damn good overclock if you ask me!!!, now i need a program to overclock my processor, i have Fuzzy Logic 4 that came with my MSI mobo, but it sets everything to default everytime i restart my computer and it takes a while to get it back to OC speeds. any suggestions on a good program to OC a CPU?
