overclocking the I7 920 on Asus P6T help

hello all

i just recently got a I7 920 on a Asus P6T Deluxe (non O.C Palm) up and running

here are the goods

I7 920
Asus P6t
Corsair XMS3 Tri Chan 6gb 1600mhz DDR3
2x 9800 GTX+
Seagate 1TB
Coolmax 750w
Thermaltake V1 CPU Fan
Thermaltake Armor Case
LiteOn 22x

what im trying to do is OC the CPU some and maybe the Ram as well im new to this and dont want to mess this up i see that in my Bios there are like 1000000 diff settings and was wondering if anyone has already done this on this setup..if anyone could kinda walk me through this i would really like that....im just trying to get the CPU at about 3.2 to 3.5ghz and the ram about 1800mhz...this is not a major overclock so it should be easy...if someone could just tell me the settings for this board and ram combo it would be nice

If you can get your hands on the March issue of CPU magazine, they have an article on OCing the 920. I've got the same CPU/Mobo combination myself but haven't tried it yet. It goes through the basics of which settings to adjust. With the new architecture, it's a little bit different set up. Good Luck and ain't that bugger sweet.:-D
