    Application failed to initialize properly. (OXc0000142). This is the message I receive when I try to open MSWorks 6.0 ??? elsi

    Welcome to Major Geeks,

    So just to clarify and get started, each time you open MS Works, this error message appears?

    And this has continued after the computer has been restarted?

    If so, right before the error appeared, do you recall adding/removing software, adding/removing hardware, or anything else out of the ordinary that could have triggered it?
