p2p help?

    hi i have a 8mb connection and i use ares, i get around 4.5mb from this connecion, but if i download a torrent with like 85 seeders and only 4 or 5 leechers, (legal stuff only) ive had 120kb in the past, but now i get only 2 or 3 kb, anyone know whats going on, its the latest version of ares, ps. i get the same problem with bitcommet and others. thankyou... :major i-CONICA :major
