P4 EE or ee?

Me and my brother have both looked at it and we think its legal just very dodgy are we right or should we all be demanding $300 p4 extreme editions.

hrm... very very dodgy indeed. technically, what they're doing isn't illegal to me, since the "description" is just a fact merely stated, while the description says nothing about the extremely expensive edition.

honestly, they'll probably have to take it down, but they probably won't have to reimburse people because it's obviously not a p4ee.

 

the title's are all right, just the descriptions are all a generic 'lie' if you will.

if you click on 'More Details', they all say 1MB Cache, which is a dead giveaway that they're NOT Extreme Editions.

 

Its not really the fact that its not an extreme edition,its obvious its not,its the thought and calculation that goes into something like this,someone spoke to a web designer who is pretty sharp when it comes to pc's so he would have realised what he was typing,or it has been changed by the owner who would have obviously spoken to a lawyer,"solicitor" in the uk to make sure the text is legal."In my experience borderline errors that help a business are very rarely made by accident".

But the worst thing is the amount of business they will get from this Ad and the amount of people who will go to the site via search engine and buy something they dont want or weren't planning to buy,after all Convax thought he had bought an extreme edition and he hadn't,I did some research at intel to make sure there hadn't been a cheap P4 extreme edition released against all my better judgement,to me thats how powerfull a small bit of text can be it makes you second guess yourself.

So what chance has the first time builder got?Also what other ploys are waiting?

P.S the actual cardboard box has extreme edition on it so its intels marketing shit btw....
