First your bios is over 1 year old so you could update that check the update readme to see if it deals with this problem. The link I gave you was specific to your problem form your description continuous repeating beeps while in operation, this is the cpu overheat alarm,I'v never heard it touch wood, but in your everest report it states your session time as 3mins and cpu temp as 50 degrees,if that time is measures from when you turned your comp on its a little warm in 3mins.The voltage is 1.55 the spec for 2ghz cellery is 1.53 so its close enough, you could try lowering the vcore voltage as some of them run between 1.25 and 1.525 "yes I am looking at the Intel data sheet".Or look in your bios and turn the cpu overheat alarm off.Intel says 68 degrees thermal spec,I think that means running temperature yours could easily top that when under load but it really depends on what temp your cpu alarm is set to,turning off the alarm treats the symtom,it will point you in the right direction "if that is the problem".Next i would try running a stress program like toast and see how high your cpu temp goes.

The beeps are high low, suggesting inproperly seated cpu, high temps,or failing fan. :)

well lets see i reseated the cpu the fan is not failing as for high temps after i reseated the cpu the temp was as high as 75C on idle so i took the cpu fan back off and redid it and the temp is back to way it was so what could it be?

I wonder if the fan has 3 wires,if so could the third detector wire be faulty?can you see the rpm in bios, also see if there is a fan faliure alarm. :)

in bios next to cpu fan it has N/A and now its making that one beep sound for afew sec thin makes a different sound thin goes back to first 2 beeps for about 10 or 20 sec thin makes that different beep again and so on i will e-mail you that different beep

Thats definatly the cpu overheating fan faliure alarm,if you cant see the rpm in bios the speed detection your mobo thinks the fan is dead, have you tried disabling fan faliure alarm in bios? or checking your fan has 3 wire's?

i cant disable the fan failure alarm in the bios and yes it has 3 wires

Could be time for a new fan,or do you have another you can test,I'd use the pc for now just turn the alarm off and get a new fan ASAP,if it doesn't solve it it will only cost$3 :)Forgot m8 it's on its way, make sure you use a live temp monitoring software when you use it,I dont want you to damage your machine,Use At your Own risk.

I use speedfan it detects all the heat detectors in your comp, but it doesn't label them so you have to work out which ones which, just start toast and the one that rises the fastest is the cpu.I'll try and find it.

is there any fan control software? where i can make my cdp fan run faster there for making my cpu cooler?

If the speed detector is broken on the fan you can't

also should this be like this on my voltage?

    +12 = 11.584
    +5 = 5.107
    +3.3 = 2.896
and my vcore is running at 1.584
is that right or is there something worng there? i am still trying to get through the manual for this mobo oh yea when i run toast my cpu temp only hits 47C and no higher and i have my 2.0 ghz running at 2779mhz

I have never had a psu that shows voltages anywhere near what they are supposed to be in bios or any monitoring program,I just ignore them if the system is unstable change the psu,but if the alarm was warning you about voltages It probably wouldn't even boot up they'd have to be that bad.

well could not make beeping stop and we both know why so i just disconnected the inside speaker now the beep is gone lol

If your cpu fan has lost its monitoring function,it could go completely, soon, why not stick a fresh one in?Until you do you wont be sure its the cpu fan causing the alarm. Also if the alarm sounds warning of another problem you won't here it,it will just fry.

Speedfan has flames next to stuff and says its overheating, sandra says stuff is out of range"like fsb"Speedfan and the nvidia sensors say two different temps for my gpu,my 3.3v in speedfan is 3.1,the only sure fire way to test is to check the voltages coming out with a testmeter to see if your psu is dying, but if stability is not a probelm why bother? If you run a benchmark program like 3dmark2001 on loop and there are no artifacts, the system don't lock up,change the fan then use your computer. If you wanna believe what the asus probe says fine go and buy a new computer.

alternate beep error codes is either incorrectly seated gfx card or as mentioned before a failing cpu fan (either in detection or not spinning above the threshold for the safety cut out.

replace the cpu fan with a replacement and all will be magically fixed ;)

temp monoitoring apps worth using are Speedfan & motherboard monitor 5 both are way superior to the Asus rubbish.
