p4vmm2 mb problem

    hi guys:))

    have problem withh dell ecs p4vmm2 motherboard.
    will not power up. stock 250watt powersupply, processor fan bumps on then quits. will try to restart, until after powering off power supply. then same indication. new 300 watt power supply, same indication. proc fan turns 1 second, then quits. all devices removed(tv tuner card, and modem, ram), and same problem. WHATS NEXT???
