Page Can Not Be Displayed

I keep getting page can not be displayed on several websites on my laptop which is connected via wireless network to my main pc.

I tryed to flush and re-register the DNS but it still didn't work, i also tryed a program called "page fixer" which did not work and said "the problem is not DNS related".

Also i have done a adware/virus scan no problems.

Any idea's

 

Are you able to get to some websites? Has it been a longtime since you clicked on those sites? Sometimes pages are not longer there or the website is down. You could try google those sites or going to thier homepage (if that's not the case).

Have you tried using multiple spyware programs? Did you try removing the spyware in safe mode after turning off system restore? As it suggest in the tutorial?

Have you tried using a different browser like Netscape?

I'll try using a diffrent browser i can access most websites its just hotmail, diy.com and a few more its not the server being down because i can acess them just fine on my main pc.

and they have worked fine before across the network.

it seams to be on both my networked pc and my laptop when i say networked i mean they acess the internet from my main pc though my wireless network.
