Page file usage history

Hi all,
I'm hoping someone can help me out here. My page file usage history in task manager seems to be going crazy it is usually around 432MB but in the last couple of days IE has been freezing up and when I check PF usage it is anywhere from 800MB to 1.3GB.
When I end process on iexplore.exe all goes back to normal.
iexplore has been running anywhere from70,000K to sometimes 160,000K when it freezes up.
I have run AVG,Spybot S&D,Adaware, CCleaner,and defrag
I have found no problems at all,
This could be a coincidence but it seems to have started when i started going on My Space.
