Page Setup in MS Publisher 2003

I have MS Publisher 2003 and I am trying to make a four page brochure composed of a folded 11X17 printed on both sides. On the first page, I would like a plain 8.5X11, but when you open up the brochure, I would like both of the inner pages to connect to make one big 11X17 page. Then on the last page go back to an 8.5X11. Therefore, when running the paper through the printer (which is capable of printing 11X17), on one side the first and last pages would be printed and on the other side the 2nd and 3rd pages will be printed.
