    Just wondering why its up for d/l on the homepage. I had 2.21 for the longest time now. Isn`t there a newer version? Thx

    Just think it means that it has been added to the collection of utilities that majorgeeks.com hosts. (And yes it is old, as the page for pagefrag at sysinternals.com was last updated 2 years ago)

    File size changed, thats always the reason for a bumped program with same version number.
