Should I max out my paging file? Or is there a limit to how much you should use?
Says min is 768 and max is 1536. Also saw something about the MTF size, whats a good size for something like that?

I don't see anything wrong with your page file settings. Your minimum size is 1 1/2 times your installed ram, and shouldn't cause problems or issues. If you maximize it, and never use it, you will be wasting space on your hardrive. I have always let Windows set the size that it wants, and have never had problems with it. :)
