Paint.net: Filter While Resizing?

    Hi! I just downloaded and installed Paint.Net and so far like the program: it does what I need it to do. :) However, I have two questions regarding filters: 1. While I'm resizing an image, it blurs the image. How do I minimize that? 2. What can I do to brighten or tweak the resulting image? I have my own color scheme in the emulator I use to get my screenshots but am wondering what else I can do.

    I found the options. Never mind, and sorry for wasting your time. :( BTW, does anybody here want some of the screenshots I made a long time ago?
