Paint.net: Particular Resizing W/ Special Aspect?

    Hi! I like Paint.net: it works for me. Now, I want to convert emulator screenshots to Win98 startup screens. The screenshots are usually 320x200 if I kill the border, and Win9x startup screens are 320x400, Can I resize in such a way to double Y while keeping X?
