Paint.net: Stupid Question Reg. Default Settings

    Hi! I admit that I didn't read the manual, and maybe I should. I want to change some of paint.net's defaults, as I don't want to keep changing them every time I use paint.net, as I usually use it for one main purpose. The defaults I want to change include the background color and size of new pictures and using the nearest neighbor filter setting during resizing. How do I change these? BTW, I'm fine with the current output folder.
