Paint Shop Pro 6.02 Help

Hi Guys, I'm trying to help out a friend. We need to stretch an image. Just make it a bit taller, but I can't figure out how to do it. I know this is fairly basic stuff, but I'm still learning. Can anyone help me out?

 

Cindy, open the file in PSP, and click on "Image/resize". If you only want to make it taller, and not wider at the same time, uncheck " Lock Aspect Ratio"
Then make fill in the height you want it.

( I am going off memory here, but I think this is right.)
