Palm O/S SMS program ????

I am trying to send text messages w/ a palm program I downloaded from an internet site. My palm isn't cellular ready but is bluetooth ready so How do I send text messages on my palm sms application through my internet connection. The program i downloaded is at http://www.waste.org/~terje/palm/SMSspoof/ and when i try to run it from my palm through my internet connection it say, "No Connection." This program would be very helpful to send FREE sms to potential customers and I could make it look like its coming from my cell phone so they can reply.
