   .......I tried to download and was told that Firefox browser is not supported. Is this true? Is it worth using anyway. Thanks

   Yes it is true as most online scanner use ActiveX, whereas all the hoohaa over IE and spyware was in part over ActiveX, which FireFox doesnt natively use... their is a plugin for it, but I gather its kinda hit and miss as to working correctly upto now ( a FF specialist would correct me im sure )
   
   however Housecall Europe uses Java and is FF, Mozilla friendly and is a good online scanner
