Panda Cloud Cleaner fails to return results

Tried this app 3 times and it always fails to send back results from the cloud. It scans then hangs while waiting for analysis. The screen says it will take a 'few moments' to display, but it never does. Running fully patched XP.

 

I'm running a fully patched XP machine as well. After reading your post, I nstalled and ran the latest version of Panda Cloud Cleaner. After uploading the scan results to the cloud it took about 2 minutes to get the Detections List (see attached).

It depends on how much was scanned, your connection speed, how busy the server is, etc. but, be patient. The detections list will eventually show up.

BTW, I checked the detections list for my computer by clicking on the ">" on the right side and all of them were "false positives".

 

Thanks for the response, will do. Mostly I was sampling the program to see what it might find if anything...mainly because I currently use Panda A/V free.
