Parasite Jetseeker

Hello and welcome.

Jetseeker is what is known as a spyware or adware program. These install on your machine, typically from a website or from an installed program. Sometimes they install without your permission, but often they tell you in the license agreement that no one reads

You will need to run Ad-Aware or Spybot S&D to remove it.

Download and install Ad-Aware:

Start the program (should be an icon on your desktop)

Update Ad-aware with the built in updater (look for the check for updates link on the main program)

Close and reopen Ad-aware to be sure the latest update is being used.

In the lower right click start, then on next screen hit Next.

When finished running, right click on the right side of the Ad-Aware screen and choose "select all". Then choose "Next" and all spyware will be deleted.

You may need to reboot after this. Let me know if that does not work.
