Parental Controll Program

Dose anyone know of one? one that maily watches or blocks diffrent things on the net.

 

$$ is the problem...i had Parental Filter 5 wich was awesome but it kept putting the home page at google australia

 

i have 2k

 

Firefox has a BlockXXX extension,you can also block individual sites.

 

um i can't find it...where is it

'No Worrys' is a free, new program but I haven't read any reviews of it. You can find it here: (It's probably as good as the price)

The best parental controlling is done manually!

Never put an on-line computer in a child's room.

You can't put a price tag on protecting your kids so if you can't afford what works, sit with them while they surf.

Let them know they do not have privacy while on the net...that you are logging their actions. Try a keystroke logger. Tell them not to delete any internet history. If you see that the history is cleared, you know they are trying to hide something.

Let them know why the internet is dangerous and if they are old enough, why adult content can destroy minds.

Good luck! Parenting these days is a tough job.
