parents AGAIN

    wolfie's parents computer has a new prob

    BSOD yay

    so there error i believe is BLOCK_POOL_HEADER

    what can wolfie do any help would be great

    Might have to ...unless you can give us the entire BSOD error report.

    well my parents have unplugged it and they plan on taking it in but if there was a fix it would help alot i dont know the whole csod but they cant load windows
    it says dumping physaical memeory to cd

    and it says **stop 0000000000 something something a whole bunch of numbers

    If they can't load windows then it is possible a bad hard drive or bad ram. But can't tell without the whole error codes.

    As Tim says, but it is worth -- Try pressing F8, and choosing a restore point.

    he tried reloading the stuff off the cd and there wasent any suscess

    Hi Wolf


    You would have to give us the exact stop error message as those numbers mean nothing, generally they are like this STOP 0x00000000A and then some more text, liek Bad Pool Caller, IR! Less Thank Equal etc etc etc

    Has any new hardware been added to the PC? more so a Network Card?

    Have you tried to boot into Safe Mode ( F8 at boot ) and see if XP loads? this may help rule a driver or software at fault.


    If your trying to repair install using the PCs original setup disk, and its not working again please let us knwo the steps followed and the errors produced.

    alcutally it was overheating issues they took it into the shop and there seeing what they can do but thanks anyways guys

    sorry for the lack of info normally i would just they unplugged it so i couldent
