Parents

So I'm sat watching TV with my parents and the trailer for Buried with Ryan Reynolds comes on.The whole movie is basically just him buried alive.

Mum: I wouldn't fancy that,one of my biggest fears is being buried alive.

Dad: Don't worry,I'll cut your bleedin head off to make sure.

Been married for over 30 years.:-D

 

He's very thoughtful like that.

Except when it comes to birthdays,valentines day,Christmas,whenever he's not hungry :-D

One thing I learned about parents, don't let them borrow your stuff. They break it and then claim ignorance about why it no longer works.

 

Usually my dad asks me to lend him a tool for a job,he ends up not doing the job and loses the tool.

Then it's been so long,he thinks I've forgot and denies all knowledge of me lending him a tool in the first place or says he gave it back to me.:-D

 

I have learned to just got there with said tool, and fix the problem, and return with my tool. It costs less in the long run. Dang irresponsible older people!

I think they know exactly what they are doing... LoL, payback for all the stuff you did as a kid I guess.

My hubby has a fear of being buried in any way. He's claustraphobic so he will often say- just please don't put me in the ground. It used to bother me but now I'll tell him not to worry, I'll have him burned up and spread around the world. Big skies and open ocean, not to worry one bit.

It's evil but really, they provoke it out of us! Who else could you say that to besides your spouse?

 

LOL Rikky, one can't beat that for love and so close to Valentine's Day too. It just warms the cockles of my heart.:-D

 

One problem with this. I am also claustrophobic and don't want to be buried. My hubby reminded me that to be cremated, I still have to be put in a small enclosed place to be burned up. :cry So now I don't know what to do?:confusedrolleyes

She stood up earlier and said "I better get this washing done,I don't want my head chopping off.":-D

I've showed my dad this thread,he was laughing out loud.

He said even when he's chopped her head off it would still be yappin at him :-D

 

I might be dead, but I will still come back and haunt. ................. Even with no head
