Part of web page not there?

I'm experiencing a weird problem that I've not had before.

When I go to certain web sites I find that menu links down the side of the page work fine, but the menu links running along the top of the page are dead.

Another problem I just noticed is on Verizon Wireless' site. After I log in and want to view my account, the basic menus are visable along the side and top, but the area where all my personal account info should be is just blank.

I've checked these sites with another computer and they work fine, so it has to be something with my settings?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Which Browser ( IE, Opera, Firefox ) and OS use using?

Have you set the browser settings back to default, going to guess at IE.. so the below should reset your default settings...

IE6 is Tools > Reset Web Settings .... also click Tools > Interent Options > Advanced > Reset Defaults....aswell.

Do you have popup or blocking software installed, if so disable and try your ISPs page.

Clear your temp internet and cookies.

Thanks for your help. Actually the first problem occurred while using Firefox. Then I switched back to IE. As long as I was switching back, I decided to try the new IE 7. That's where I encountered the other problem.
I'm back to IE 6 and all the problems are gone...and yes I tried resetting everything back to default, reloaded Java, etc.
