You know how on Dells if you mess up your hard drive they have a seperate partition to restore everything to the original way when you first got it. Well I just XP on my coustom computer and I was wondering if there is a program out there so that when (I know I will) I screw up my computer that I can restore it to it's original setting to when I first set it up with al of the applications and everything just like the dell. DON't say system restore because that dosen't truley work.

You could "Ghost" the information into another partition on the drive.

"Ghost" refers to using Norton Ghost; or similar software to create a image of the partition you want to backup. When a partition goes bad it is a simple as booting from the partition recovery CD and restore the drive image with the "Ghost" image.
