Ok, basically what I'm looking for, or to see if there is one, or a way to do it with a currently listed partition manager, is the ability to run a partition manager from the hard drive being worked.

    I have my hard drive partitioned into 3 approximately 50gig partitions, C, D, E.

I didn't install a floppy, and the CD burner is currently not working right(I have to replace it, it was an old Rosewill that just suddenly stopped being able to do a full burn).

Basically, I just want to increase my C drive space as it has filled up nicely, due to this being a family shared comp and me not knowing all the places to look for old, out of date files, and defunct or not used files or programs that don't show up with add/remove programs or with cleaners such a CCleaner.

Is there a way that I can install a DOS partition manager to the E. partition, and resize the D. and C. partitions?

I don't even want to touch it until I get a good handle on how to use a particular partition manager in this manner. I could probably clean an old HDD up and put it in, and do an ISO install into that and run it from there if I have to, just didn't want to have to "crack the case".

I've not had any luck yet myself, anyone have any ideas?
