Does anyone know how to merge system and boot partitions on the same drive?
    I have a 20g hard drive.
C is 15g and is labeled NTSF (system)
D is 5g and is labeled NTSF (boot)
Unfortunately my OS system (xp) is loaded on the smaller partition. This creates a memory problem all the time because anything I download or save goes to that drive letter automatically.
Of course I redirect it most of the time to the C drive BUT if I could just combine the two back into one letter than life would be so much easier!

btw - I do also have a 60g drive for music and games, only a 20g would never be enough ;)

    suggestions?

    thanks,

In a word, No. It would be nice if someone could come up with a way to merge partitions, but alas that is not the case. You will have to backup the system partition, delete it, then resize your boot partition. After all that change the drive letter to C:.
