I took an old laptop hard drive years ago and put it into a SATA case and never had a problem when I plugged it into my desktop to see all my files, etc. Recently that computer had a power surge that fried the hard drive. I am now using another computer, but when I plug in the SATA, the files/folders I need don't even show up in Windows explorer. I did a disk drill scan to see if they were even still there and they are - but how do I get them to show up? I'm looking for the AT-HOME section.
