Partitions & Transporting

Someone please examine these partitions on three HDDs.
Are they correct ? Do they all need a grub and root ? Where do the "star" and "flags" go ?
Sixteen years of using Linux and I am still a dolt. Since both 500Green Bay HDDs are over 15 years old, I wish to move them over to the new gum drive, with Foxclone or the backed up OSs on two external USB HDDs.
