The password manager built into my web browser doesn't work for some sites. For that handful of sites, I would like to use a password manager. Can someone recommend a password manager that can be easily used for just a few sites? The motivation for my post is that I envision these programs as being set up to handle passwords for every site that you log into. I don't want to have to tell the password manager to "be quiet" 80% of the time, I simply want to be able to let it know when I need it.

i'm with you in that i use the web browser to remember passwords and i have the same problem.
my work around is to use use a different browser on those sites, which only sometimes work.

has many different options for password managers.
i've thought about just switching to a password manager, because i am getting old and lazy and i'm getting tired of constantly dealing with the "exceptions".
    anyway, good luck with it.
