password on a partitioned drive

Hello I was wondering if you could put a password on only one part of a partitioned drive and if you can, how would you go about doing so? thanks in advanced for you help

 

You want to limit access to a partition from some users? If you're running Windows 2000/XP/Vista, you may be using NTFS which lets you set file/folder/drive permissions. Create a limited user for every other user. Clear all the permissions for the drive.
