I don't want to password protect my computer, just a single file that may have some sensitive content. How can I do this in XP Pro?

Folder Lock is an excellent program for this. It'll not only encrypt the folder/file, it'll make it completely disappear from your computer...not accessible in safe mode, DOS command prompt, recovery console, etc. You can even run the program itself in "stealth mode", so people won't even know it's running on the computer.

I believe the demo version of the program will work with folders/files up to 25MB in size. This is one program where I fully recommend paying for the full version!

I tried to find it here on Majorgeeks, but it doesn't appear to be here.
