Password

My Sister Joined a WebSite I would say 2 Years ago.

And every now and then she would Login to use it.

Well her Password is not working so I Clicked on E Mail Me A Reset Code.

And I typed in her e mail and it tells me it is going to be e maild to her.

Nothing ever came so I think she has another e mail when she Joined.

So I try to e mail the WebSite and I get an e mail telling me they do not get back to every e mail.

I look in the WebSite Help files and just see
If you lost your password you can have a Reset Code e maild to you.
Or if you forgot your e mail address.

But you need to know your e mail or your password so nothing works.

My Sister has a POF.com acount and it is up there she just can not get in.

I know how to use Inspect Element to show saved Passwords but she never had the Browser Save her Passwords.

I hope somebody has a thought?

She does not want to open a new account with her other one up with all these photos still up there.

That is all a matter for that website and their support or admin people. It's not a matter for here really at all as it isn't about software or hardware.
