Paypal help

This is probably the wrong section and I apologize before hand. Here's my problem.

That's the error im getting when I try to log into my paypal I've been researching my butt off for solutions nothing any help?

 

Close you web browser and clear history, cookies and such. Then try again. Barring that you might need to contact PayPal.

 

I had that problem while using Opera.
Switched to Firefox and problem solved.
