right, im having a massive problem with my gf's laptop... she says to me

"my pc keeps going off when im watching video's on y youtube or anime online"

so i assumed it might be an IE problem.. stuck her on firefox went back to work..

i come back and her pc is going into BSOD, for no apparant reason.. and after me doing spyware scans, virus scans, and dskcheck and other stuff.. it now blue screens as soon as i log on... which is funny only because it isnt my laptop..

But im now running from safemode.. trying to figure out what i can do.. or where to begin any takers?.

I suppose. some information might be useful.. i posted without thinking lmao.

    Windows Vista Home Premium
    Intel Premium Processor t4200 @2ghz
    250 gb HDD
    4 gb Ram.
    IE. 7.0.6001.

    Hi

Do you have the BSOD codes and text in full? if it happens again post them.

Best guess is that Adobe Flash Player is causing this so uninstall flash with this removal tool, then run CCleaners, cleaner and Registry tool, then install latest Flash again from HERE
