PC can find 360 but my 360 can't find my PC

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but they are the cries of a desperate man...
I have just received a new Vista 64 PC and I have a problem with my XBOX 360 network. It plays on line fine but I can't get it to find my computer to stream files. The PC finds the 360 fine in the network, its got a nice tick next to it on the media player sharing tab but it just won't find my PC. It found it OK with media centre but that wont play the files. I have managed to remove the media centre connection but it just wont find the media player. Please help I have been trying for days now...:cry

I have checked the services
SSDP Discovery Service - automatic
Universal Plug and Play Device Host- automatic
but cant find HTTP SSL in the services, how can I check that's enabled?

NETSTAT -AV 

Add a B if you want to know the program that's using the port. (NETSTAT -AVB)

Also make sure your network connection settings are set to private.

Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Center

You should see customize click it and select private then next.

Thanks, I did have media sharing on and I had tried changing the name of my computer, I had run regsvr32 upnphost.dll already but as I had since reset my DMC rights I thought I would try it again anyway. Running that and then running NETSTAT -AV seem to force a series of updates to my 360 (as always may have been blind coincidence) and it then found my now foulmouthed monikored PC upon restart.

Everything worked fine...till I turned the firewall (bullguard) back on, it still finds everything but wont play any files. But at least I now only need to figure out how to allow the IP range for the 360 in the firewall rules and I am good to go.
