PC-cillin pattern file - manual update?

    Hi

    I have Trend Micro PC-cillin and can't use autoupdate.
    i've downloaded the latest pattern file but don't know what to do with it,
    can anyone give me a rough guide of what to do or point me in the direction of an old thread discussing this?
