pc cillin problem

on nearly all web pages i try to open i get this message from pc cillin
'the web site that you are trying to access cannot be rated. a server or connection error occured.please check your internet connection, and try again.'

this has become most annoying as its slowing my connection down to a crawl surfing.

my internet connection is fine connected through a belkin router, i am hard wired to it with 2 wireless connections also.

any advice on what settings i have changed in pc cillin to cause this stupid error..

its even doing it on things like ebay and here, sites which i have used and searched for years.

 

Most likely the anti-plishing settings.

 

I used to get them, but now it only appears for 1 or 2 sites out of 1000. And it used to happen ALOT when I had dial-up. But to remove it get rid of the Anti-Phishing Software built-in. If you aren't dumb then you won't need it
